Roxane "Roxy" P O'Brien

Roxane "Roxy" O'Brien, 57, a resident of Carmel, NY and formerly of Rye Brook, NY died April 30, 2021. She was born August 18, 1963 in Port Chester to the late Patrick O'Brien and Helene Moore Labbe. She was raised and educated in Port Chester and attended Connecticut Institute of Art. She was married April 14, 2004 to Sue Ellen Kelly in Bennington, Vermont. Roxy was a self-employed artist.   She is survived by her wife Sue Ellen Kelly of Carmel, NY., sister Sandra Itzla and her husband Derek of Mahopac, NY and nieces Bethany Itzla and Samantha Itzla.  Visitation will be 4-8PM on Wednesday May 5, 2021, a service will be held at 7:30PM  Craft Memorial Home, Inc, 40 Leicester St. Port Chester, NY.  Interment will be private.  Memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society of Westchester 70 Portman Rd New Rochelle, NY  10801
