Silvestre Ramirez

Silvestre Ramirez, 80, a resident of White Plains, NY and the longtime business owner in Port Chester, NY died May 31, 2025 surrounded by his family.  He was born May 22, 1945 in Mexico to the late Silvestre Ramirez and Emelia Lemus.  He was raised and educated in Mexico and immigrated to the United States over 50 years ago.

Mr. Ramirez was the owner and chef at Las Brisas Resturant in Port Chester, NY.  Mr. Ramirez is survived by his wife Gloria Ramirez of White Plains, NY and devoted children Maria Ramirez of White Plains, NY., Jose Ramirez of Naugatuck, CT., Teresa Alarcon of Port Chester, NY and Roberto Ramirez of Port Chester, NY., brother Juan Diaz and sister-in-law Lili Diaz of Port Chester, NY., sisters Luz Maria Osorio of Mexico and Virginia Diaz of Mexico, grandchildren Francisco Garcia, Daniel DeLeon, Timothy J. Ramirez, Nicholas M. Ramirez, Rosario Alarcon, Silvestre Alarcon and Juan Alarcon, great grandson Noah Ramirez, niece Yasmin Nelson and nephew David Garista.

Visitation will be 4-8PM on Tuesday June 3, 2025 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc.  Mass of Christian Burial will be 10AM on Wednesday June 4, 2025 at Our Lady of Mercy Church 360 Westchester Ave. Port Chester, NY.

Interment to follow at :Greenwood Union Cemetery Rye, NY
