Theresa Marshall Obituary

Theresa Marshall, 81, a lifelong resident of Port Chester, passed away unexpectedly on February 1, 2025 at Greenwich Hospital. She was the daughter of the late John J. and Theresa Gottberg Brady.
She is survived by her husband of almost 60 years, George Marshall, her high school sweetheart; her children, Sean Marshall and Kathleen “Katie” Marshall; her grandchildren Kyle Marshall and Brianna Lewis; her siblings Agnes (Gerald) Orr, Marie (Henry) Gower and Brian (Anne) Brady, as well as several nieces and nephews, a great
niece and cousins. She was predeceased by her brother, John J. Brady, Jr. She was an avid walker and reader and enjoyed traveling and family celebrations, especially holidays. She and George hosted many family parties and Christmas breakfasts after Midnight Mass.
A graduate of Port Chester High School and St. Joseph’s Hospital Nursing School in Paterson, NJ, she was a registered nurse for several medical offices in the area, most recently in the ob/gyn department of WestMed Group in Rye until her retirement.
Her family, immediate and extended, will remember her as the person you could call on and she would always be there to comfort and care for you.
Visitation will be 4-8PM on Wednesday February 5, 2025 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc. Mass of Christian Burial will be 9:30AM on Thursday February 6, 2025 at Parish of Saint John Bosco ( Our Lady of Mercy) 260 Westchester Ave. Port Chester, NY. Entombment to follow at Saint Mary's Cemetery Rye Brook, NY
