Timothy J Carhart

Timothy James Carhart, 71, of Tarrytown, New York sadly left us on December 22, 2023 following long-standing health issues. He is survived by daughters Rebecca and Katie Carhart, son-in-law Chris Melfa, grandchildren Emilia and Luca Carhart-Melfa, brother and sister-in-law Terence and Linda Carhart and sister and brother-in-law Patricia and Alton Coffey, and half brother David Carharte. He was predeceased by parents Marguerite and Edward Carhart, and siblings Marylou and Thomas Carhart, half-siblings Edward Carhart and Lenice Dean. Tim was a graduate of Fordham Law School where he obtained a Doctorate of Jurisprudence. He devoted his life to his beloved daughters and grandchildren. He maintained a friendship with ex-wife Mary Racanelli Carhart Marino. Tim was a die-hard 49ers fan, despite being a lifelong New Yorker. Prior to his health issues, he loved riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle and enjoyed nothing more than a dirty martini.

Visitation will be 4-8PM on Tuesday December 26, 2023 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc. with a funeral service at 7:30PM. Interment will be private
