Valentina Zanabria, 85, a resident of Port Chester passed away peacefully on January 28, 2021 at home surrounded by her family. She was born February 14, 1935 in Arequipa, Peru to the late Ramon Sanchez and Encarnacion Montoya De Sanchez.  She was raised and educated in Peru. She was the widow of Victor "Leo" Zanabria who passed away February 22, 2019.  Mrs. Zanabria was a homemaker and a parishioner of the Holy Rosary Church in Port Chester. She is survived by her devoted children Manuel, Victor , Carmen, Miriam and Yenny, beloved grandchildren Stephanie, Jean Marie, Joseph, Emily Rose, Jason, John Francis, Christopher, Erick, Henry and Dante.  Besides her husband she was predeceased by several brothers and sisters.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 9:30Am on Thursday February 4, 2021 at Parish of Saint John Bosco (Our Lady of Mercy) 260 Westchester Ave. Port Chester, NY. Interment is private. There will be no visitation.  Memorial donations in memory of Mrs. Zanabria may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
