Violet E (Hennessey) Miller

Violet E. Miller, 94, a lifelong resident of Port Chester died June 15, 2021. She was born June 25, 1926 in Port Chester to the late James and Edna Haviland Hennessey. She was raised and educated in Port Chester graduating from Port Chester High School in 1944.  Mrs. Miller was a retired employee of Arnold's Bakery in Port Chester.  She was married April 11, 1965 to Mr. Sam Miller.  Mr. Miller died January 30, 1993.  She is survived by her nieces Elizabeth Mangini of Buchanan, NY and her nephew Robert Johnson of Danbury, Ct. grand nieces and nephews, Jennifer Pane, Laurie Johnson, Robert Johnson, Jason Mangini and Justin Mangini.  Besides her husband she was predeceased by her brother James Hennessey and sister Elizabeth Johnson.  A graveside service will be held 12 Noon on Thursday June 17, 2021 at Greenwood Union Cemetery North St. Rye, NY. There will be no visitation
