Wayne Maloney

Wayne R. Maloney, 78, a lifelong resident of Port Chester died February 7, 2026. He was born February 15, 1947 in Port Chester to the late William and Ann Maloney, née Hanulik. He was raised and educated in Port Chester graduating from Archbishop Stepinac High School and from Pace University.

Wayne was a parishioner of the Our Lady of Mercy Church in Port Chester. 

Wayne worked at Playland as a teenager and at Avon Corporation in Rye until switching careers becoming a private courier before retiring in 2020.

Wayne was a lifelong fan of the Yankees, Eagles and Rangers.

He is survived by his brothers Kenneth Maloney and his wife Filadelfina of Round Rock, TX. and Donald Maloney of Port Chester, NY and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held 1:00PM on Thursday February 19, 2026 at Greenwood Union Cemetery Rye, NY
