William Corbo, Jr., 64, a resident of Greenwich, Ct., and formerly of Port Chester, NY. died peacefully at home after a short, valiant battle with cancer on December 27, 2023. He was born May 11, 1959 in Port Chester to the late William and Marion Varbero Corbo. He was raised and educated in Port Chester graduating from Port Chester High School in 1977. He was foreman & truck driver for Cavaliere Industries in Stamford, Ct. Bill was a car enthusiast and enjoyed working in his garage. He was a member of the Westchester Street Rod Association. Bill loved spending time with his family and friends. He was devoted to his grandson Marcello, Jr.. He enjoyed cooking and loved the New York Giants.
Bill is survived by his wife Theresa Monick Corbo of Greenwich, Ct., daughter Elise Presta and her husband Marcello, Sr. of Port Chester, NY., grandson Marcello Presta, Jr. of Port Chester, NY., sister Theresa Corbo of Carmel, NY., niece Jennifer Araujo (Dan) of Fairfield, Ct., nephew Michael Monick, Jr. (Ciera) of Gresham, SC. and many great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 4-8PM on Thursday January 4, 2024 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc. Funeral Service will be 10AM on Friday January 5, 2024 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc. Committal Service will follow at Ferncliff Cemetery Chapel Hartsdale, NY.
Memorial donations in memory of Bill may be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital or to the charity of one's choice.
