William "Billy" Carriere

William (Billy) Carriere, 73, a life long resident of Port Chester passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on September 23, 2021. He was born on April 1, 1948,  in Port Chester to Carmella and Jimmy Carriere, graduating from Port Chester High School in 1966.  He served in the NY Air National Guard 105th combat support squadron from to November 1966 through November 1972. Bill married his wife and best friend Rosemary, and together they raised two sons William (Bill) and Robert (Bob) who were the light of Bill’s life. Bill along with his wife enjoyed many Hawaiian  Vacations and more recently their vacation home in Florida.  He also cherished the memories of the Disney Cruises with this grandchildren. Bill was an avid Yankee fan and enjoyed many trips to Yankee Stadium with his friends and watching games on television.  Bill is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years Rosemary of Port Chester, sons William and wife  Kimberly of Port Chester,  Robert and wife Megan of Virginia, and three dear grandchildren Brian, Elizabeth and Madelyn Carriere.

Visitation will be 4-8PM on Friday October 1, 2021 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10AM on Saturday October 2, 2021at St. Roch’s Church 10 St. Roch's Ave. in Greenwich, CT with interment to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Rye Brook.
