Beatrice M (Lovallo) Conte

Beatrice M.(Lovallo) Conte, 88 passed away peacefully on February 13, 2016. A longtime resident of Port Chester, NY, Beatrice was born on May 3, 1927 to the late Dominick and Anna Lovallo. In her early years, she was employed by Pitney Bowes in Stamford, CT. Empire Brush Works, Port Chester Lumber Company and Port Chester Rug and Linoleum in Port Chester, NY.  Beatrice (Bea) was a kind and gentle lady who loved her family and took great pride in her home.  She is the beloved mother to Bruce Conte (Gail), Gary Conte (Gina) and Douglas Conte (Theresa), cherished grandmother to Christina, Jessica, Janet, Dominick and Anthony Conte and cherished great grandmother to Alyssa and Christopher Conte-Natale. Several nieces and nephews survive her.  She was predeceased by her husband of 54 years, Ernest Conte and a brother Joseph Lovallo.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10AM on Wednesday February 17, 2016 at Our Lady of Mercy Church 260 Westchester Ave. Port Chester, NY.  Interment to follow at Saint Mary’s Cemetery Rye Brook, NY. There will be no visitation. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Guiding Eyes for the Blind 611 Granite Springs Rd. Yorktown Heights, NY 10598.
