Catherine (Coviello) LaBella

Catherine Coviello LaBella, 84, a lifelong resident of Port Chester died June 3, 2016. She was born March 29, 1932 in Port Chester to the late Jerry and Rose Pietrafesa Coviello.  She was raised and educated in Port Chester graduating from Port Chester High School. She was married to Paul LaBella on September 13, 1952 at Holy Rosary Church. Mr. LaBella died December 4, 2014. Mrs. LaBella was a teacher’s aide for the Port Chester Schools.  She is survived by her sons William P. LaBella (Tammy Brown) of Redding, CT and Jerry LaBella (Anne Rea) of Greenwich, CT., grandchildren Jonathan LaBella, Sara LaBella, Danielle Bennett (Michael) and Paige LaBella, sister in law Carmella Sorbara of Port Chester.  Besides her husband she was predeceased by her sisters Rose Marie Sprague and Carmella Coviello. Visitation will be 4-8PM on Sunday June 5, 2016 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc.  Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00AM on Monday June 6, 2016 at Our Lady of Mercy Church 260 Westchester Ave. Port Chester, NY. Entombment to follow at Saint Mary’s Cemetery Rye Brook, NY.
