Josephine M (Scilla) Mutino

Josephine Marie Mutino, a lifelong resident of Port Chester died peacefully February 16, 2016.  She was a 102 and was born April 16, 1913 to Joseph and Martha Ribuffo Scilla. She was married on September 24, 1933 to the late John D. Mutino.  She is survived by her daughters Marie Vitetta and Marcella Fazio, grandchildren Michael and Sue Vitetta, William and Jeannie Vitetta, Robert and Diane Vitetta, John Vitetta, Deborah Nelson, John Mutino, Lisa & Manuel Vidal, Stacey & Thomas Conroy, John J. Fazio, 15 great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter, daughter in law Barbara Mutino and many nieces and nephews.  Besides her husband she was predeceased by her son John D. Mutino, son in law Mike Vitetta, sisters Grace Grippo, Ann Marchesani, Lena Rappaport, Minnie Scilla, Helen Cotes, Martha Barber and her brother Rocco Scilla.
Don’t weep at my grave, for I am not there. I’m on a date with my husband to dance in the air. I’ll be singing with my sisters and brother old songs, and playing cards with my son, I’ve been waiting so long...
Visitation will be 4-8PM on Friday February 19, 2016 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10AM on Saturday February 20, 2016 at Our Lady of Mercy Church 260 Westchester Ave. Port Chester, NY. Interment to follow at Saint Mary’s Cemetery Rye Brook, NY
